J'étais surpris d'avoir trouvé de l'huile pour bateau sur le site de Muzikerà un prix compétitif mais j'ai quand même passé commande. Les produits sont arrivés rapidement, la commande était conforme et complète. Rien à redire.

Very poor experience. Products initially arrived in damaged condition due to flimsy packaging. It took ages for them (over 30 emails) to finally see that I was right and they agreed to provide a refund. Had to buy the items again in order to get them in the right condition. To be fair, the replacements came in great condition. The damaged items were picked up shortly after by a courier service. Fast forward a week later and the refund offered was €4 under. They knew it's a mistake but they refused to budge. They only offered €2.70 as it was deemed I was overcharged. I decided to accept it as I am not bothered ever dealing with them again. What I recommend doing if ordering from them is to not do it. Obviously as I have had a bad experience with them. But if you do, make sure what is said on your invoice is the exact amount you paid because if they apply a discount code by reducing the unit pricing of your order, you will only get back the unit pricing as a refund and not the amount you actually paid. Stick to Amazon or others who actually have customer service that can appropriately identify and solve issues. My issues were ongoing from end of September 2021 to today 5th November 2021. Also the damaged items I sent back can be bought on their website again so some poor customer will receive them soon. Update: Feb 2022 After dealing with customer service of other companies, I have given this company an additional star as they reply very fast and were always courteous.
